  It's a lie. Which bad weather? The govt. failed to distribute insecticides. In Dunkwa area NDC FOOLS went round villages telling cocoa farmers that the govt. could not give them insecticides because Nana Addo had refused to sign the documents for the importation of the insecticides. They said while Mahama had signed his part Nana Addo had refused to sign his so no insecticides for them. The local NPP had to refute this evil propaganda. That's NDC for you. Telling lies and spoiling people to win elections. FOOLS. NATION-WRECKERS. IDIOTS.
