  Mr. Mahama, I think it will be more sensible to provide basic inputs such as books and furniture to elementary schools than to be promising free boarding schools. What happened to commonsense?

  The question is how are they are going to select who goes to boarding school,will everybody not be interested to be in boarding school,what is wrong with us?
  What they need to do is to pay tuition for all the students and the parents pay for the boarding but to pay all the fees for boarding students that is a recipe for disaster,it is crazy,dumb,it will definitely add to already corrupt system in the country,head masters will now demand more to admit students since everyone will like to be in that boarding school.
