  Why did we wait so long to set up this process to probe ? The long delay gave them chance to manipulate and coordinate among themselves concerted plans to defend and strengthen their fraudulent tracks to evade prosecution. Then there is little confidence in the Attorney General's office which is so political that its record makes a mockery of institution designed to fight on behalf of the state.
