When did it become your duty to give free gari to tertiary institutions as a sign of goodwill? The school authorities allowed you to distribute gari but will not allow Bawumia to address tertiary students on campus? Don't be that dumb. There are 38 such colleges in Ghana so when is their turn for gari? This explanation given is moronic that no human being will believe except the stomach politicians and those blinded by political colors, stomach direction or an outright fool. You need to come again with a tangible explanation.

After using pressure tactics to get the school to deny access to Bawumia,the same schools disingenuously told the NDC that because Bawumia was hosting an event, albeit off campus,that forum would provide a convenient forum and opportunity to distribute your goodwill gari. You had all the time since JANUARY to show your goodwill, so why did you decide on the week that Bawumia was in town as the time to share your largess which more than likely was purchased with government funds.
