TO RESPECTFULLY REFER TO THE ABOVE DICEY RELATED MATTER PUBLISHED ON THE "GHANAWEB.COM" SITE CAPTIONED; "US GOVERNMENT WARNS CITIZENS ABOUT TRAVEL TO GHANA" AND IN VIEW OF THE SERIOUSNESS THAT THE PUBLICATION MAY OR MIGHT CAUSE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAINS ABOUT THE DIPLOMATIC/FOREIGN RELATIONS OF THE TWO COUNTRIES THAT RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTING TO H.E.DR>MR>PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA, HON.SECRETARY OF STATE JOHN KERRY AND HON> SECRETARY OF DEFENSE (DEFENCE) TO REVISIT THE TRAVEL WARNINGS TO GHANA, IN PARTICULAR AND OTHER WEST AFRICAN COUNTRIES AFTER RE-EVALUATING THE SECURITY THREATS ALERT IN THOSE COUNTRIES, THERETO.
THAT SINCE IT IS THE PHILOSOPHY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA "TO PROTECT THE WEAK AND THE WEAKER COUNTRIES IN VIEW OF THE TERRORISTS THREATS POSED AGAINST THESE VULNERABLE PEOPLE AND COUNTRIES THAT I HUMBLY AND STRONGLY URGE H.E.DR>MR.PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO HOLD BI_LATERAL TALKS WITH THE PRESIDENT AND GOVERNMENT OF GHANA TO HELP ADOPT TOGETHER A STRATEGY TO COUNTENANCE TOGETHER ANY RELATED TERRORISTS AND SECURITY THREATS AGAINST GHANA< IN PARTICULAR AND THE SUB_REGION AT LARGE.
THAT THESE RELATED TRENDS OF AFFAIRS WILL HELP COUNTENANCE THOSE WHO STILL LABORING (LABOURING) WITH THOMAS HOBBES PHILOSOPHY THAT "THE STRONG TO MOLEST THE WEAK" HENCE THESE TERRORISTS HAVE NO REGARD WHATSOEVER, FOR THE DIGNITY OF THE HUMAN-BEINGS" THERETO.
THAT IT IS GOLDEN AND NOBLE VIRTUES TO SAY "A STITCH IN TIME SAVES NINE".
THAT IT IS NOT MY INTENTION TO LOOK DOWN ON THE STRENGTH OF GHANA AND OTHER WEST AFRICAN COUNTRIES AS SOME MAY PURPORT "TO PICK BONE OF CONTENTION AGAINST ME BUT TO RESPECTFULLY SUBMIT THAT A FACTUAL TRUTH IS A VIRTUOUS TRUTH ALSO THAT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD AND WELL EXPERIENCED AND ENDOWED WITH MUCH GREATER RESOURCES AND WEALTH WORKING TOGETHER AS A FRIEND< A PARTNER AND EVEN ALLIES WILL HELP GHANA AND THE SUB-REGION ENORMOUSLY, THERETO.
IT WAS THE SAME ISSUE THAT I RAISED YESTERDAY WHEN I RESPECTFULLY MADE A HUMBLE CALL TO HELP PUT A STOP AGAINST "ANTI-SEMITICISM AGAINST ADVANCED COUNTRIES" AND RATHER TO CONSIDER TO WORK TOGETHER FOR A COMMON PURPOSE TO HELP PROMOTE THE GOOD QUALITY LIVING STANDARDS OF OUR DEAR PEOPLE'S IN THEIR QUESTS FOR THE PURSUITS OF HAPPINESS.
THAT AFTER ALL, THE ESSENCE AND "SINE QUA NON" OF POLITICS ITSELF "TO PROMOTE THE QUALITY GOOD OF THE PEOPLE".
IT IS THEREFORE, IN THE LIGHT OF ABOVE THAT I AM RESPECTFULLY URGING H.E>DR>MR>PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO REVISIT THE "TRAVEL WARNING AND TO RATHER WORK TOGETHER WITH PRESIDENT AND GOVERNMENT OF GHANA AND OUR PRIVATE FRIENDSHIP AND PARTNERSHIP TO HELP PROTECT BOTH COUNTRIES, THE SUB-REGION, AFRICA AND THE WORLD SO THAT PEACE, SECURITY AND DEVELOPMENT WILL STRIVE ON.
