Dr. Bawumia pointed out that the NDC had increased Ghana’s debt in seven years by GHC90 billion, from GHC9.5 billion at the end of 2009 to some GHC99 billion currently; an equivalent of some 37 billion dollars at the time of borrowing.

“First, If you sum the cost of all the loan financed projects listed in the green book (even including those with artistic impressions, it is less than $7 billion. Meanwhile, the government has borrowed the equivalent of $37 billion so where is the rest of the money? Indeed, given the resources at its disposal one should expect at least four times the quantum of investment that the NDC claims to have undertaken”, Dr. Bawumia said, as he began listing the six reasons.

Dr. Bawumia proceeded to list a number of things the over 30billion dollars from borrowing the NDC cannot account for, could have done, which proves that contrary to the claims, the NDC has done a bad job at giving Ghanaians their due after undertaking unprecedented borrowing in the last seven years.

One can only say congrats to Larry Gbevlo Lartey at this stage as a Ghanaian,we can only hope he ll contribute base on professionalism and not take any decisions that ll expose Ghanaians to terrorist attacks.The west is clearly drawing Ghana into a problem they created in the world,as they ve paid dearly to this problem and up to speed in fighting it in their home countries,it's undoubtedly clear that the focus of this terrorist groups is turning into their installations in Africa knowing how lose our security system is.Why won't Ghana continue to concentrate on peacekeeping activities we re noted for across the globe and want to pretend that we understand terrorism and even taking appointments to such high decision making positions that ll feder make us a target in this regards?all those parading themselves as security experts must think carefully in their analysis as its becoming dangerous for us as Ghanaians,we ve read the assurances from our security agents about their readiness in combating any terrorist attack but this issue is how much awareness has been given the general public because it take human beings to die for them to be a clue the nature of attacks we should expect.Just not long ago our president slipped in parliament by describing Ghana as allies of America,an error that is yet to be corrected,much as we want to associate with America,we want to this with good reasons not negative one,as correcting their wrongs as it doesn't come without a painful price.Arm robbery and murder continue to elude our security agencies occasionally including the unending Fulani problems currently on our table,I can only advise that acts of terror attacks come in different forms,some involving only one person to locate a place and detonate an explosive that ll inflict deep pain on us,the acceptance of this two gitmo terror suspects ferder deepen the cracks and whatever gains we think we re making from them can not be quantified should any Ghanaian or group of Ghanaians for that matter loses thief live as a results of any attack.Larry Gbevlo Latrtey over the years as former National security adviser,was so vindictive to his political opponents,he used his office to jam some radio stations during the 2012 general elections,we also say the brut force he used in the Okponglo toll gate saga with the university of Legon,I hope and pray that he will not inter meddle in any domestic politics in the country he going but rather discharge his duties as such in other not to open the floodgates for the country to be attack.The fourth coming elections in November is yet another flash point on for our security forces to deal with,the electoral commission must be seen doing the right thing for the outcome of the elections be acceptable by all anything short of this ll rather creat the monster call terrorism ourselves internally,the media must be involve in any discussion on how to report incase of any attack or on information management should they receive one in other not to creat fear and panic among the citizenry.
