Fat mahama is not a decision maker. Why can't he give an ultimatum to the police to sort this mess out. The fulani must register and be given permission to be wherever they are so that they can be monitored. Biometric details be obtained so they can easily be traced.
Mahama must show leadership and meet on a monthly basis with his security chiefs and other stakeholders to control this menace. Parliament should also come out with a long term solution. Some have called for the ranch style of farming and the banning of the roaming which have caused the conflicts we are currently experiencing
