  The president must be serious about dealing with this problem which has become a National Security issue. He should instruct the IGP to come up with an explanation why the police are allowing the Fulanis to carry AK47 and heavy weapons and killing hard working Farmers and nobody seem to care about it. Who supply them with the arms. Something is wrong here. Ghana must pass the ranching law immediately. That is the right way to run Cattle farming. Ranching creats a lot of jobs. Remember Mr. Mahama that the Italian Prime Minister told you to create jobs for your youth so they will stop risking their lives crossing difficult terrain to reach Europe with most dying in the process. Create jobs and stop travelling all over the place.
