The Ghana Education service in 2012 through a circular banned political activities in all second cycle schools though it is not against freedom of expression and association.
Ocquaye and his cronies should go back and check the FACTS for themselves.
The desperation the NPP feels is so bad that they want stop at anything just to satisfy the greedy ambition of Nana Addo. What a shame.

However in all humility, JDM will retire Nana Addo come Nov 7. It is evident the NPP has no message for Ghanaians hence the reason why the keep wasting our eye drums with such vague messages and dirty propaganda

The Ghana Education service banned political activities in all public second cycle schools across the country in since 2012. Even the University of Ghana banned active politics on its campus couple of years back.
These institutions are not against freedom of association but they just want to ensure sanity prevails on these campuses and prevent scramble for the use of a facilities of these schools

It is obvious the NPP will not stop at anything just the score cheap political points but discerning Ghanaians will recall that the Ghana Education Service (GES) was the institution which introduced the directive of banning political parties from using the facilities of various second cycle schools for their activities all in the bid to secure the safety of our children in the second cycle institutions.
This all discerninfg Ghanaians can attest to the fact that the move was lauded the initiative. In essence the University of Ghana also took a cue from that and banned open-air political activities on campus.
The NPP must learn to speak the truth for once. The lies won't get the NPP any where.

GES in its bid to prevent second cycle institutions from been used as flash points for political activities in 2012 sent a circular around directing headteachers to desist from the practice.
Rules are rules and the NPP must learn to abide by them but as usual the NPP will go on and on defending a wrong deed. Typical time wasters.
I am just glad the NDC has shown the way by and this is the reason why Ghanaians will continue to vote for the NDC.

First and foremost, the conditions in Ghana and America with respect to facilities are not the same.
That is why we need to situate this conversation in the context of the directive the GES sent to schools in 2012. The GES banned the activities of political parties in all second cycle schools to prevent the scramble for the use of facilities schools, adding that it wanted to ensure peace as far as the use of the school facilities were concerned though it wasn't against freedom of expression and association.
Even the University of Ghana took a cue and banned open-air political activities on its campus.
Kofi, eat the humble pie for this is the kind of enlightenment you need. The insults don't add any value to the conversation

What you are failing to acknowledge is the fact that Democracy equally allows for caps on certain activities hence the banning of political activities in second cycle institutions by the GES since 2012 though the institution is not against freedom of expression.
Ghanaians must come to the realization that we have rules and regulations that govern every sector of this economy hence the NPP must desist from engaging in selective omissions since they do not help the conversation.

The GES banned political activities in all second cycle institutions in 2012 as part of efforts to prevent the schools would become flash points of political activities and prevent the scramble for the use of a facility of a school all in the bid to ensure peace as far as the use of the school facilities was concerned.
In essence, Ocquaye must rather urge bawumia to apologize to the masses for this blatant disrespect for the rules and regulations set by the GES
