Of course, the use abusive language on him was wrong but as captain of the national team he should have exercised restraint and not take the law into his own hands. MASSA KOFI, on numerous occasions, Asamoah Gyan has got himself in the news for bad reasons. Even if the said Hotel employee is in the wrong for using abusive language on Asamoah Gyan, slapping him in the eyes of the law could warrant a common assault charge.

Asamoah Gyan, in such incident, could have reported the attitude/behaviour of the Hotel employee to the Hotel management. Is it any wonder Koreans, Malaysians and the Chinese maltreat Ghanaians in this country? Asamoah Gyan should be sent home by the Black Stars management.

His car was supposed to be searched before entering the premises of the hotel as per the directive with national security against terrorism, this routine search is crried out on every one coming into the hotel, but gyan got offended when the security wanted to search his car, he went ahead and open the barrier himself and drove in to park only for him to return to the where yhe security is and slaped him, the security guy did not see him coming and before the security guy could turn , the slap landed in his face , with a birst mouth, this was captured on the Cctv camera of the hotel, the security guy was only doing his work, but management of the hotel has decided to kill the case, ....
