  The painful thing, for me, is the fact that a significant percentage of our oil revenues goes direct to GNPC to be wasted, at the expense of more important projects, eg human development, agriculture etc etc.

  how can government owe itself. GNPC belongs to the people of Ghana. Their money comes from our oil. it is not a private company therefore the money does not belong to them. If we need money and the have government should be able to take it easily. Provided the money is not stolen by some greedy bastard it is OK with me.

  So, in other words, GNPC is the Ministry for Oil and Gas. If so, why then won't the NDC let Ghanaians know? I believe the same thing is going on in the VRA and ECG that's killing us with Dumsor.

  French psychologists said half a century ago that thieves are not INTELLIGENT. How much more does NDC GOVT and its Party folks need to make a descent living and/or invest to make a booming business venture that they are grabbing every penny from Ghana's finance pot to waste it.
  Second point of French psychologist view of I.Q. is proven by NDC. 'THOSE WHO CAN NOT MAKE VALUE FOR MONEY HAVE low I.Q.'
  Third point is NDC members have been in govt. for 30 yrs controlling the purse of the country to loot. If they are still not satisfied and want more, they are not GREEDY BASTARDS but STUPID BASTARDS. Their stupidity is impoverishing Ghanaians.
  So Nana Addo should step in asap to remedy the precarious state (economic waste) of the nation Ghana.
