  That is Ghana for you. If you are poor and does not know people in high places, you get a raw deal. 11 years for weed possession? What about those involved with cocaine and are in high places. So for 11 years, the state is going to take care of him in prison? How can we decongest our overcrowded prisons? Shame on the judge. Anas will get you one day.
