Looking at the spate at which insurgency in spreading in the world no country will ever allow foreigners into their country to train a group of people for any interest.
No political party is above the state. Npp, Ndc or whichever. Where in the world will this happen in the US or UK. Where. Please don't put the country at risk for the sake of one person's ambition. Upon all the brouhaha that happened in the npp when do they ever call foreign experts in,it's the one same local police that take charge.
