I think any good institution has laws that govern how it operate and ways they discipline offenders. The fact that Afoko has been voted for does not mean he can go against the rules of the party. Granted that Afoko has a good case and wins his court case, which executives in his party will he work with? Some insiders of the party sees him as a mole and even an NDC member. There is therefore going to be a degree of mistrust of him. How would he feel if people would not like to discuss issues with you for fear that you may leak what you discuss to other parties or even the media. Afoko had all the chance to solve every problem internally with his people.
Afoko should also note that all political parties, especially NDC is watching and listening to what is going on. If even he switches allegiance to NPP, they can also not trust him and will always look behind them when talking. For now, if Afoko does not play very smart and sort issues wit his party, his political career, just like that of Wireko Brobbey is done.
