  As a Ghanaian, I think what Ghanaians should be wary of is the motive behind the non issuance of official receipts for the huge amounts paid into EOCO accounts?. Another point we should be worried about is, were the amounts recorded in the books the true amounts EOCO received from the payers?. To me, even though the revelation from the Auditor-General's report is belated, yet, there is no reason for the administration not to investigate so as to get to the bottom of what truly transpired that day. We all know that, the Government of Mahama has time and time misdirected or move away public attention from getting to the truth when his administration or an influential person in his administration is suspected to have done something improper and despicable of his administration. I think it is about time for public officials such as the Auditor-General to flex his legal authority and push the Attorney-General to bring charges against whoever, be it Mahama, his flow through accomplices or covert agents and party officials in court to answer allegations against them.
  Mr. Auditor General and Mr. Attorney General you do not serve the people well if you shirk your official responsibility. You guys have to do more than you are doing today for Ghanaians.
