They should know that the capital was raised at the expense of other regions and to sit down aloof praising officials of the same goverment who voted this capital to steal the money is very sad. Imagine if all these money voted for these regions by government is spend in the region. Bolga will be looking like Accra.
The only Regional officer who made sure these money was used is Mr Ampofo (Kofi chale).
We only need one person who is willing to help the regions. Let hope the next money for the region do go back paying for the last contract. They will always say the government owe them money.
The government is not going to do anything about it. They can not because that is the way it has been since INDEPENDENCE.
Why do you think the three regions are till poor in every thing. We have equal amount of money like Great Accra region, Central region. Our money stay back in Accra. If you don't know it doesn't hurt. That is us.
Answer is to have the money in the region before giving out a contract. Good regional Administrators, that will help.
