The statement released states that the apart from the criminal aspect there is also an immigration violation. If he knows his law he would have known that these are two separate cases which must be treated separately.
The statement said the culprits are also being investigated by the immigration authorities and contrary to what Sampson thinks, once you breach your immigration conditions your visa is automatically cancelled and you have to be detained until you are deported.Poor lawyer, your inexperience is showing.

Ghana is witnessing by far the worst and the most useless gov't in the history of this country. The absolutely most useless gov't in the history of this country. You cannot intimidate your way into the Presidency through such shenanigans when you have lost an election. You cannot threaten your way into the Presidency through such recklessness, when you have lost an election. Any gov't with such proclivities does not know, understand and appreciate the indomitable spirit of the Ghanaian against oppression, against suppression and against subjugation by anybody be, it domestic or foreign.
The coup de gràce of this John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't will be apparent at the ballot box this November. When you have collapsed the economic fortunes of this country through incompetence, mismanagement, propaganda and deceit, corruption and thievery, unintelligence and ineptness, to the point where as a gov't, you don't even know if the President of Kenya is the President of Ghana, you don't top it up with such intimidatory and threatening actions to secure your way to the Presidency. You lose and the John Dramani Mahama-led NDC gov't is on its way to losing heavily and massively at the ballot box this November. Enough is enough of irresponsible governance, enough!!!.

A whole lot of stupid lawyers around wanting to be heard everyday come up with stupid interpretations of the law, lawyers like Atta Akyea, Kofi Asante, Ayenini, and others. Respectfully I beg to differ with your statement below:
"“It is not a laughing matter that a court grants bail and it is not for want of fulfilling the bail conditions, and we are told the people are rather spending the bail still in custody. That is most absurd, it’s a mark of absolute impunity on the part of the BNI and it doesn’t need a lawyer to interpret what it is for you,” he stated."
The impunity is not by the BNI, it is by the Minister of Interior and ultimately John Mahama. This is not the first time that we are having this impunity, it happened when Mahama ignored
(1)the Constitutional rovisions and decided to import the Gitmo three
(2)the court order about the Fulani issue in Agogo
Mahama has a track record of disrespect of the law and impunity

Lawyer Samson Lardy Anyenini may be singing the tune of his NPP masters, but he needs to understand that the law is not intended to be respected by others but flaunted by the NPP and its South African mercenary guests. Did these three South African guests of the NPP make it known to the Ghana government when they entered the country that they were in the country to engage in security training for a political party? Respect for the law is a two way street, but the NPP always wants to have it the other way. Assuming there was abuse of process, and if lawyer Samson has any respects for the law, why has he and the NPP refused to admit that the NPP and its South African guests broke laws of Ghana? The NPP is free to bring into the country any security experts it wants to train its security team, but did the NPP follow proper procedures by not disclosing the intent of the three South Africans and the NPP? You can't expect to throw your NPP into chaos and then try to extend the same to the country by doing things your way and then making empty noise about due process. You want due process for the three South Africans who tried to circumvent the laws of Ghana? Well, they were PROCESSED and shipped out, and that should be enough of the process you're crying about. Immigration authorities of most countries have a right to process and deport visiting nations if they're found to have entered the country under false pretense. There must have been sufficient evidence to warrant the action taken against the three by the government. You made noise that they declared their gear upon entering Ghana, but you've not been able to tell the public or the government whether these three South African's declared their intention for entering Ghana. What's so laughable about your claim of lack of due process ids the fact that the three South African's were granted access to the court. Ask yourself, what Judge will ask that three foreigners be released to a staff member of the court system pending their ability to post the bail that the Judge had ordered? Is it not normal practice to keep suspects in jail until they've been able to post the bail imposed by the court? Those who seek the protections of the law must themselves also follow the law. The NPP never sought a court order restraining Ghana Immigration from deporting the three South Africans, hence no due process violations can be claimed by the NPP.
