This country is sick and tired of people who peddle falsehood all year round just to score cheap political point.

I don't believe in equalization but the past certainly informs the future. Thus down memory lane Ghanaians are still waiting for the NPP especially Nana Addo to tells us how come under his watchful eyes as AG, Osafo Marfo was able to engaged in that dubious textbook printing saga and was left off the hook? Moreover, the least said about how the former speaker of parliament under President Kufuor, Sekyi Hughes looted his official government bungalow when he was leaving office, the better.
Ghanaians certainly know better and we will never give the NPP the nod to wreck this country again.

For instance in the case of Angmorte V. Attorney General (Marieta Brew)-
The High Court awarded a sum of approximately GH¢99 million against the State. Dissatisfied with the judgment the State appealed.

However we must commend the current AG Marrietta Oppong Brew who was appointed by the ruling NDC government for the good work she is doing.
For instance in the case involving "Sweater & Socks V.The Attorney General - She ensured that the State avoided payment of US$28.9 million dollars by setting aside the order for payment made by the High Court against the state which was fraudulent.
This is the kind of leadership Ghanaians want and we are glad she has also advised for the immediate arrest of the Principal Accountant to face prosecution.
Thus, due process must be followed.

The NDC by all standards believes in probity,transparency and accountability hence if you have any prove which implicates the president of any wrong doing, proceed with all haste to the police and launch your complain and equally seek redress at the courts.
For the records, JDM is a man of integrity and this is the main reason why Ghanaians will continue to vote for him come NOV 7.

Was he the only officer in that dept solely responsible for signing cheques? If the answer is no, then he couldnt have diverted the funds from the said dormant account to his private accounts alone if due deligence of audit work was done, should reveal the accomplices. Again also the $150,000 paid to the company for no work done did the money hit the account of the company? If yes how did the money subsequently transferd into the accountant's private accounts? If no, how did he cleared the cheque in the payees corporate name? The director of finance in extension had not also brought his professional work to bear this is because, the financial administration regulation, 2004 spell out the financial duties of a head of dept. Among other includes managigng and reconciling the bank accounts authorised for the department. This requires you request for bank statements to ascertain for yourself all transactions for the month that would also deter the accountant from such fictitous act. Heads must roll in that department. The act of the director of finance shall be a breach of financial discipline under this regulation.
