For all the profits they have made in the past century from our gold, can they not put up with a temporary fall in the price of gold? Do they have to rely on government to bail them out?
Shame on Goldfields for refusing to pay the windfall tax when the price of gold skyrocketed over the previous 10 to 20 years. If they want a bailout now, let them be prepared to pay more tax and royalties when the price of gold rises.

Waterproof said it: "Mmarima mma monte bi nni" until all the fruits are finished. If we cannot leave the mineral wealth for our grandchildren, should we also forego the cash in addition?
