exempts the president of the republic from paying tax. President John Dramani Mahama should amend that section of the constitution and live an exemplary life for others to copy. They keep you hungry and then in an election year, do this to buy your votes again for another four year tearm...what is wrong with Ghanaians..it very pathetic
