  Ghana has more pressing issues than contributing money top fat lawyers in New York.Educated and informed Ghanaians should be lobbying for incorporation of a lower house(senate)in our constitution to make the executive and parliament more accountable.What we have now is an absolute joke! Voting away from home is the least of my concerns.

  It will be suicidal for NDC if this is ever implemented because NDC may go into sleep and snore for many yeras to come. You know why? As noted in an earlier comment many Ghanaians outside the country may be more of NPP than NDC and we know that NDC uses propaganda to to campaign to get many on their side but unfortunately propaganda does not govern or turn the economy but rather implementation of policies and tackling pertinent facing the economy. Therefore, many Ghanaian outside the would vote on issues and not on ethnicity, tribalism and religion because many of them are civilized and well informed so parochial matters do not take the center stage in politics.

  Hey, folks, instead of wasting your time and resources on this ROPAA. Why not gear your best energy and efforts in getting Charlotte to do away with the current over-bloated voters registers. Charlotte and her henchmen at the EC must give us a credible register for the coming election. This ROPAA issue is dead on arrival at this material time, period!Let us have a credible register at home first, guys!.

  Its a constitutional right of any Ghanaian to vote. The ROPA is already law and all we are asking is its implementation.

  Ghanaians living in abroad must vote during Presidential and Parliamentary elections... so is good idea ROPAA is implemented...PAM go ahead with the job we support you.
