    Dear Kwame,
    The question or issue is has Ghana got an extradition treaty with with the UK? If even there there are some some conventions as you mention,, are are they binding like treaties? NO.

    Cassava thieves have human rights my brother but the lawyers too have bills to pay. Rent, fuel, light&water bill, sch fees, etc are not cheap. The rich will always get better justice bcos justice is in the market for sale.
