What is wrong with our president? Is he really serious in asking the poor workers to accept just months salary arears out of 11 months? Oh my goodness! Why couldn't he be reasonable enough to offer them 8months instead of 3 months. If the president thinks he is being reasonable enough, then l would recommend that he does the follow: (1) Freeze all the debts of the workers until their salary arears are paid, (2) Government should pay for the rent, electricity, transport, hospital bills, and school fees of the affected workers until they receive their full salary, (3)Government should use the salaries of the ministers his cabinet to pay the arears of the affected workers. If government feels it cannot accept my suggestions above, then l would plead with Mahama to allow the affected workers the immunity to rob other people for their "SURVIVAL". Ghana has become a banana state under the INCOMPETENT Mahama and his gang of thieves.

I present to u my solution to any government that will be in power that the best way to solve these roads problem is to start all road project in a particular region whiles other important projects go on in other region concurrently so that at the end of the year we know that all major roads in region *A*were well executed and all other water project in region B was also executed and by so we can keep track of all in charge of those works in each region.let's present best way to solve our nation's problem rather than leave it soley in the hands of politicians ..we can help
