True, it's all part of the sale of ECG. Our govt has started the process, so, money has been released to the sector to give the private investors an easy start on the "gravy train".
They don't even have the negotiation strategies.
Put your lights on in Ghana and someone in the US gains riches. Soon they will invest in the air we breathe. Shame on all our politicians, from millennium investment to power for africa!

It will be wise for the US government should rather give Ghana power equipment than handling the money to the president for we know he is a thief and he will steal it and put it into his accounts for is personal use.
If the amount of money the U.S. politicians committed to build more 'power' infrastructure in Ghana - could be 100 times more - and it would NOT be enough.
