His only known law certificate is an affidavit suggesting he has lost his law certificate. Why not go and collect a copy from the University or law school he attended?

have become dangerous elements and threaten the national security of this country. And under no circumstances should an incoming President of Ghana, not take personal responsibility for his security in the face of a worsening security crisis and in the absence of any trustworthy state provided security arrangement.
