If just taking picture will need arrest then the BNI has a lot to do. Arrest the people who took pictures of galamsey people at work and exposed on the TV without their concern. Some actions are unnecessary.

Hey Stinky Jinapor, if you just started learning the law, please take your time and study the law well. BNI has the right to arrest anyone on suspicion and if after thorough investigation and they derived any other information from the arrested subject, they will either decided to used the said subject as witness or let him go. Read your law well and stop mixing law and politics. Stupid and too known NPP.
