  You better tell a more acceptable lie. Maybe "say you intercepted an email meant for the finance minister." That can fool a few unsuspecting Ghanaians.

Ghana would have solved it's economic problems long ago if the solutions you have offered in years past to present is workable, it is rather sinking Ghana's economic woes further and further, so what do you IMF care about us citizens or nation--- IMF and the WORLD BANK are the the bane of our social, economic and political problems!
