They should stop punishing student. they should rather punish those incharge of the of the exams at the highest level.
It is indeed worrying when issues of such nature come on board. In any case, whose responsibility is it to protect those papers from leakage? It is hard time a parent takes WAEC on through the legal means for them to sit up.
