He is a brilliant student and he had a motive for joining them, most probably to pick some information from them. You remember the American who joined the Al-Quaeda and was close to Osama Bin Ladin, he was there for a purpose and during one of the US raid of their hideout, he was the only person who was rescued and sent to America.

The rate at which our security leaks information to the media on such matters if not checked could land Ghana into serious problems,let me also state that,I was so disappointed with the deputy minister of information Felix Ofosu Kwakye for saying on news file that one of the three South Africans frequently visited Iran,so what?dont Ghanaians visti Iran?is there any law that says we as citizens re not allow to visit Iran,Syria,Lebanon,Egypt or other Islamic countries?if that's a crime then our own president John Dramani Mahama should be arrested because just recently he traveled to Iran.People must know that there re muslem in Ghana who ve practiced and live in Ghana till death without traveling to any country or perform hajj which is an important pillar in Islam,so if you allow people to feed into the western position and description on terrorism base on their definitions and we can not pick and run with it,ghan has never seen anything closer to terrorism so when people parade themselves as security experts and making statements that has the tendency of putting our country in danger worries me a lot,those who ve been trained to handle security matters allow polititians to run their mouth just because he's a deputy minister for interior,information or defense.Until they took that post,we're just like us,and all of a sudden they make comments like trained experts,the BNI must sit up and check from within who re responsible for this leaks.
