The leak was a deliberate maneuver by the Ablakwa MoE of the NDC gov't with its operatives at the Council to give the students foreknowledge to beat the scores and create a semblance of improvement in the abysmal state of education in the country.
What is disappointing is the dwindling standards of education in this country. What is disappointing is Ghana taking the last position on a survey done by the OECD of some countries. What is disappointing is a MoE and a GES that causes Ghanaian children to be taught, the head is for carrying load in this country.
That is what is very, very, disappointing in this country and never has it happened in this country before. This is the dumbing down of intelligence based on incompetence that has, together with other equally dangerous factors, fueled the rapid retrogression and stagnation and ultimate disastrous collapse of this country under the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't. You don't teach children the head is for carrying load and not expect a leak.

Currently, even though ACCA rents WAEC facilities for their exam, strict and high quality supervisions and invigilation are done by the British Council. WAEC has succeeded in disgracing Ghana internationally. What a shame
