  Ghana,s Judicial system hasn't the bite to refuse the extradition even if the grounds are not legally sound because of our colonial linkage with Great Britain. In Britain the family interest especially that of the child would have been use to deny extraditon. They will prefer trial in Britain if it were a Ghanaian fugitive married with a child in Britain.
