It is difficult to understand why the NPP and its supporters keep saying that, the 2012 electoral figures were manipulated and it was the STL that helped to do this. If the figures were manipulated, it would be the easiest thing to prove but unfortunately, they never mentioned this in their petition at Supreme Court.
In the 2012 election, at every polling station, all the parties' agents were given copies of the recorded electoral figures - ie, the pink sheets. Thus it should be very easy for every party to tally their own electoral figures to obtain both constituency and national results respectively for the parliamentary and presidential elections. The results the EC declared, can therefore be easily verified by every party.
That the NPP still believes the EC altered the electoral figures and by the help of STL but they have no proof of it, shows how mischievous or unreasonable the NPP can be. Had they had any proof that the figures had been altered to their disadvantage, their petition would not have been such a difficult case for them. They clearly know they are telling a lie but they trust the ignorance of their supporters.

Those corrupt Judges were presented with facts and figures to prove there were manipulation or if you like, massaging of figures but Atuguba and his ilk decided to ignore everything and rule in favor of Mahama and NDC. Why? Because there had been some under currents. Afari Gyan was asked to produce addresses and names of the over four hundred thousand (400,00) foreign residents who voted but he could only submit seven hundred. Where were the rest? Somewhere a recorded vote of twenty seven (27)was massaged to read two hundred and seventy (270). What more do you need to be convinced there was manipulation? Get real buddy because everybody in Ghana knows this except those who are in denial.
