  Stowaways re national issue and GPHA, GMA, MP and all stakeholders must come together to find a lasting solution to it. Some insiders do assist or aid these stowaways for a fee. I think GPHA,GMA and MP have to put stringent security measures to mitigate such unfortunate situation
