  You definitely suffering from political blindness. You seem to have missed the part where it said "The Public Procurement Act 2003, Act 663 makes variation above 10 percent illegal". Irrespective of the extent of depreciation ...

  You definitely suffering from political blindness. You seem to have missed the part where it said "The Public Procurement Act 2003, Act 663 makes variation above 10 percent illegal". Irrespective of the extent of depreciation of the cedi, due process should have been followed. Open your eyes!
