  Until these drivers are sentenced to long jail sentences for their recklessness which destroys lives and families we are yet to see the end of this stupidity which causes such tragedy.

  ...we are not fully human, I drive through Accra on a daily basis, and I gotta tell you, I now know how white people feel about us being part of the human race. We are sub-intelligent, subhuman and incredibly stupid. 90% of the motorists in Accra are not fit to own drivers licenses, those who are fit behave like chimps and monkeys soona s they acquire the license, not to say, they actually learnt how to drive. Also, DVLA officials must be prosecuted for allowing certain vehicles on our roads, especially taxis and tro-tros that were pulled from beneath some lakes.

  I wish to point out that the report here on the Awoshie accident yesterday is incorrect. The taxi cut between two heavy trucks carrying covets heading towards Anyaa direction from Ablekuma. There was no way the driver of the truck could apply an emergency break to stop, hence crashing the taxi against the other truck in front and dragging it along the road until it came to a stop at the School junction. The trucks were not over speeding but I believe the breaks might have failed as this vehicle when loaded are like freight trains, they need adequate distance to stop. Drivers should be educated about this.

Last Sunday on the 17th os April, an accident occurred at Kintampo Tamale road near a police barrier where many lives were lost yet on reports have been made. This accident was so close to Damango junction so it bautfles me not to hear anything abaut it.

  Seriously Ghana is doomed. Reasons are that most drivers pay for a driver's license rather than being tested first and passing. Also not all vehicles pass the road worthy tests because the vehicles are really never inspected and passed due to corrupt practices. It's not any political leaders fault but the directors and directress who run these institutions. Obama once said that when institutions are weak then the rule of law can never work.

The truck hit the back of the taxi cap and pushed it for 200meter before hitting at a back of another trailer. So, the story there is false.
