Bernard didn't say wee smoking should be singled out and legalised. All he said was generalusage aand benefits which is over whelming. Note smoking forms a fraction in percentage terms.

If there nutritional and health benefits, I believe the scientists and doctors should come up with dosage through prescription like any medicine.

It is a fact that since the late 1980s all those countries have banned opium. Imagine we are not able to fight galamsy what about legalized weed, how will we be able to ban it when those who promote it saw it killing their children. There is already a law that allows marijuana to be used medically by competent medical companies in Ghana.
