If john mahama has been president for 4 years why back date his pay to 2009? This shows how this man can lie thru' his teeth, he got his pay and turned round to tell Ghanaians from 2009-2016 is 4 years. This is a president whose name is on the panama list, it is coming and let's keep our fingers crossed.
