    Our laws are not retroactive. This means that even if the Supreme Court rules in favour of Abu Ramadan, it cannot be applied retroactively. As at the time that the EC accepted NHIS cards for registration, no law forbid it. Th ...

    The Biometric voters register has no expiring date so you cannot say it's invalid or expired.Passport is issued with an expiring date and it becomes invalid for its purpose when it expires.A school certificate is not issue wi ...
