He is also best mates with the ex ADB boss Kpordzih since infancy and they were like twins hence he was also on the ADB board.
Regardless of all these, he is a clever , hardworking guy and has also got that ruthlessness that you need to run a business.
Above all ,he was educated at Bishop Herman College and therefore is mentally tougher than he looks.

be very necessary that the next Ghana Parliament makes a Law in which all Government Appointments are based on Regional Quata System as it is practiced in Germany for many years.That means that for example, if 120 people are working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the employees must equally represent each of the 11 Regions in the country.In case a particular Region does not have a qualified person, then the position has to remain vacant until the qualified person from that Region is found. But in most cases the qualified person is quickly found. This Quota shall apply to the Army, the Police, the Intelligence Service, the Ministries,
all other Government corporations and in the Education Service.I can assure you that this will prevent nepotism and avoid the appointment of people from a particular Region as it is now
practiced in Ghana. Even a developed country like Germany uses this system, and especially
in the recent years, Laws have been made to use quotas in the appointment of women in Government Departments and Corportions, and it works very well. But the results show that the women whose appointment are based on quotas are even more qualified and hard working than the men who initially rediculed that System.
