  Masa, if you have nothing sensible to say, just say NOTHING. Prostitution is everywhere even in the advanced worlds. In London, girls as young as 18 and 19 stops you on the streets and ask if you want business (i.e. sex for money). These girls can find job and they take Job-seekers allowance, yet they engage in prostitution. So do not bring your senseless politics into this. In Switzerland unemployment rate is just 4% yet there are hundreds of thousand prostitutes. NONSENSE

  Ok fine, these 79 young girls are exposed to the virus. What are you going to do about it? Any HIV meds available for them? What is the way forward for these young girls? Sex education or not, prostitution is never going to disappear in Ghana. Best way forward is to continue testing and treating those at risk with the most currently available HIV drugs.
