Resources can't be translated into high life expectancy because of "stupidity" on the part of our leaders(politicians, Kings, Queens etc) They are stupidly arrogant, foolish pride, greedy, materialistic, unpatriotic and wicked. Their understanding of leadership is that they become "gods" for the citizens to worship them. Unlike leaders in the civilized world, they do not have the women and children's interest at heart.
