Sorry, its not true that Maj. Gen. Anyidoho was the last Commander to leave Rwanda and the Gen himself will deny your assertion because he was not the last.

Check this: In August 1994, General Roméo Dallaire, the then Force Commander of UNAMIR was replaced as Force Commander by Major-General Guy Tousignant, a compatriot from Canada just like Roméo Dallaire.

In December 1995, Tousignant was replaced by Brigadier General Shiva Kumar from India.

Gen. Kumar acted as acting Force Commander till March 1996 when the mandate of UNAMIR officially came to an end on 8 March 1996.

You are a very ignorant being! Tell me which Soldier come out to say this is what I have done for Ghana. For the mere fact that he joined the army tells you he gave his life to defend the nation. If I were you, I will quickly apologize to him deeply and the many soldiers and officers he helped trained and led to keep peace in various part of the world.
Do you know why you are enjoying peace today and talking trash? It is because of people like Major General Anyidoho.
Fool if you are indeed a soldier, you will not say that to your officer. Do you need him on the field to know he is doing something? Sometimes it takes brains like him to protect you yourself on the field even if he is at a distance. If you hate your fellow soldier and officer that much, I salute him for getting to that rank!

You don't create the conditions and trigger an effect and after the fact, claim the UN could or should have averted that effect.
You first of all takes all the right, necessary and proper steps first and foremost to prevent and obliterate those factors that leads to such an effect and that can't be the work of the UN.
It is called leadership, responsible leadership, something which is lost in the continent referred to as the Dark Continent.
