It is only in Africa where you have a whole head of state the President moving crowd of officers each with state provided cars with filled with gas, paid per Diem and apparently taking days off from job to follow the President to these commissions. Doesn't the president have job to do instead of these ventures? We are face with calamity of economic mess and instead of the President staying in the office to find solutions to it, he is country trotting. It is not necessary and it is about time these useless ventures stops.
