  Is this not the minister I heard he and the wife sprinkling money waa waa on a musician who lunch his campaign song. What do mean by what goes into road construction. Do you add gold to the materials you use for the road construction? Or you build hospital and schools along every stretch of road?. Even a layman can give preliminary estimate which will not be far from a detailed estimate by experience. Road construction is simple as their Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is almost the same. Unless you tell Ghanaians that you are constructing Gold Plated Roads.
