  What is this piece of trash got to do with the fundraising issue at stake. Your comment about this young man is full of hatred because it is obvious he might have stopped you from stealing something from the company. You were jealous of what he had achieved accademically to get him into that position. It is evident from your comment which is full of wrong tenses and spellings that you did not attend Great KOSS and you missed your education. Go back to school (I will recommend Great KOSS) to educate yourself and may be you could go back to fill that man's position. Your lot undermined him to lose his job.
