  What do they mean by this? DAT the teachers there are incompetent. This behavior by the leaders is totally disgraceful and likely to create money and share. Where are those teachers coming from and whose money would be used to pay these so called professionals or mathemagicians? The chief executive is wrong. People need to rise up and protest this.
