His size doesn't give the impression he is an 'action man' as the article claims. What did he do before becoming a Minister? That is significantly missing in the cv. Perhaps he was just a PDC Chairman.

Those of you who have the penchant to attach every politician without checking his/er background are totally wrong on this occasion, because the current Chief of Staff you are attacking is different from most typical politicians i have known. He was my course mate at Legon. Take note that human beings are created differently; some are slender, fat etc depending on their genetic makeup or environment in which an individual finds himself. I can say based on my personal knowledge that Hon Julius Debrah did not gain weight after becoming Chief of Staff,but has always look this way even during his student days at Legon. So all those attributing his stature to his position as CoS are wrong with their unsupported observation. He has always been so. Please respect this nobleman, he is one of the finest politicians we have in this country; very down to earth.
