  One of the most useless,irresponsible and incompetent hands who rose through the ranks mainly through flirting with top men.This whore is a very good example of why the GHS is a failed institution.Vanotoo have nothing to be proud of aside embezzlement and looting to enrich herself.She is a destructive character and an extremely vindictive person who have damaged a lot of doctors who worked under her through lies and blackmail.She is an extremely jealous person always scheming malice against colleagues.She is a very good example of an incompetent hand who have thrived on the entrenched dirty politics,nepotism and cronyism in the GHS.Everybody who know her well knows she knows nothing and always at the mercy of subordinates.This woman can't do a simple observational study or data analysis and yet still claims to be an expert in public health.Only God knows how she got her so-called masters and doctorate in public health.
