  Even the three northern regions are struggling to reopen schools because of non-payment of fees by government and yet desperate Manama is out there promising what he can't deliver. Teachers are not being paid, graduates are home because there is job freeze cos of money, yet because of politics we have a president going round making promises he can't deliver on.
