Did JJRawlings do the same when predominantly AKANS were rounded up and killed in cold blood in 1981???? I say predominantly because there were 2 non Akans among those who were not judged but shot dead by firing squad.
We Akans are not barbaric and non-discriminatory. Whoever is incriminated would be tried and if found guilty would be punished under the framework of the laws of the land and irrespective of one's background or ethnic group.This woman should not tell us that they did that so if they're no longer in power the next gov't will retaliate. Ghana is not yet matured for democracy else this responds from Kwadwo Twum Boafo and Mr Asiedu Nketiah would have landed them resigning from their post. Nor would the likes of Madam Dzifa Attivor ever find themselves in politics again. It is very shameful to the rest of the world how far this government has gone to err from its’ duties to the general public and yet internally has such great support, because they are very confident in playing the ethnic card and getting away with it. Lets’ not go too far with this mistake, because ethnicity can cause more mayhem that even the money stolen under this government, you might not have the security to enjoy it once the ethnic bubble breaks loose. We should observe the current genocide of Rwanda to advice ourselves.
All top officials of the NDC would support this woman because they did nothing to prosecute her, meaning they have received their kick-backs already. This is a government who cook up projects, merely to borrow from abroad for just their kick-backs, sad and absurd.
Since this nation is yet not matured enough for democracy, it is ludicrous for the nation to carry it on. Democracy is what is killing this nation allowing the ethnic propaganda as the only means NDC can come to power again. We need a military coup de ta again, liken to that of the Gen Kutu Acheampong’s reign. Who in his six years in power, managed this nation to its’ self reliance, without borrowing.

How could a former minister accuse a future gorvernment of going to jail a certain ethnic group because a past gorvernment jailed a few people from that ethnic group. If there was no criminal acts committed, the gorvernment will not ask the courts to look into that particular cases to be prosecuted. A future gorvernment could asked the courts to look into the metro bus branding and if there was any criminal offense done by the former minister, they may or may not prosecute her and any other gorvernment official. Any citizen of Ghana who commits any crime faces the law. If the former minister is not guilty of any criminal offense, she should not be worry and sleep soundly than to incite voltarians for ethnic voting.

There are some people in the Volta region now consumed by highly charged inferiority complex brought on by just being a member of the failing NDC party. Since they have always considered the NDC party to belong to the Ewes, but sadly, now that this party has failed the country, they've started to panic, fearing that the next government would not fully accommodate them and their fraudulent past behaviour. If the NDC is meant to be the party for the Ewes, this is no wonder there is so much looting and sharing going on in the current NDC government. The NDC government is corrupt to the bone and stands to reason why persons belonging to such a corrupt government should fear for their lives after November 2016, especially if they've been part of a scandalised administration waiting to be probed by the new government.
